National Destination Temptations

There are many places with local traditions that are taboos in other countries. For many vacationers visiting Amsterdam, Netherlands, they could be going for prostitutes and sex, while visitors going to the U.S.A. could being looking to fulfill dreams of gluttony. One countries taboo is another countries economic treasure.

Obesity is a major problem plaguing Americans, as well as phedophilism and drug abuse. What's most interesting about all three problems in America is that are all readily available. Unfortunately, that is one thing that makes America so great. This is one of the few countries in which you can make a profit off of another persons addiction.

Every where people go in America, they are bombarded by advertisements for food as well as establishments for food. Getting on a bus or visiting a theme park, you will also find food. Have a sick relative in the hospital or are you trying to pass time at work, chances are there is a vending machine full of sugary treats waiting around the corner.

Many speculators blame fat people for their lack of responsibility or even mobility. They criticise how disgusting these people are and how lazy they seem to be. Contrary to the opinion, some overweight people can be very active, but that does not replace everywhere, everyplace food temptations. There are many types of bodies, unfortunately for those with fat issues, it's harder for them to melt the fat away from the ice cream cone they just downed while purchasing bedding at the mall.

While overweight people 'should' take responsibility, so should modern media, shopping and hospitality. There is absolutely nothing you can do in America without seeing food, and the commercials on TV actually hire people to make the food look better on television, than in person.

Every tourist attraction in America has food, even the poorest of poorest come across food as a middle class person purchases a hot dog and the hot dog stand and walk past the homeless man eating their lunch on the go. With their taste buds bursting with joy and their bellies feeling delightful.

The same affect takes place on sexually misplaced men and other's that can not work out their drama. In today's world you can turn on a television to catch a show with teenagers close to lovemaking and toddlers being dressed up as humans dolls to compete for money to fulfill their lost parents dreams. While, it's taboo for older men to pursue younger people, modern media makes it so easy for these men to put their hand in the fire.

While indecent molestation is a horrific crime, men and women are bombarded with teenage sex acts, scantily clad teenage super stars and children parading on display like adults. A society can blame these men for lack of responsibility in moral conduct, but they are also playing devils advocate presenting a 'steak to a hungry pit bull'. A man is still by nature a man, don't temp him.

The worst temptation of most nations is the notion of shunning 'sinners' in public. Most people can understand that it is setting an example of what not to do, when the consequences are put on display. What's interesting about human nature is that, what a society makes taboo and wrong, draws the youth even more to find out for themselves. Curiosity still kills the cat.

From drugs to alcohol, taboo sex acts to 70,000+ corn syrup filled products in American supermarkets, weak individuals have a daily uphill battle with breaking their societal bad habits. As soon as society as a whole takes responsibility for their public actions and monetary trade offerings, modern society will continue to see a decline in moral conduct as more and more youth go after the forbidden fruits.
